The College of Hotel and Restaurant gathered at the UC Main Activity Center on August 31, 2007 for their Entrepreneurial Enhancement-themed HRM Day Celebration. Likewise, UCLM’s HRM Department showcased their best during the campus’ HRM days in September, 2007.

The last day of the month of August saw a display of refreshment shops with their regular Market! Market! by Ms. Evelyn Cutamora’s and Ms. Victoria Amadora’s classes. There were also the Palabok and Sorbetes Counters tended by Ms. Daffodil Esgana, Mr. Edison Tejas and Mr. Sulficio Garces and their students at the UC Main activity center. The college also pulled off the swimming pool ambience led by Dr. Danilo Panuncillo and Ms. Shielane Mendez and their students, complete with a poolside bar by Mr. Ramil Pepito and Ms. Welou Dil Diaz who also supervised the juggling acts of the undergraduates. Of Course the flowers could not be missed, thanks to the team of Ms. Elena Camilo, Ms. Lovella Jade Prejoles, Ms. Raquel De Guzman and Ms. Pretchie Anne Ravelo and their students.

UC Main’s marketing team was composed of Ms. Joyce Navarro, Ms Victoria Amadora, Ms. Rhea Embalzado and Mr. Dionysius Oribe. Ms. Raquel De Guzman was the celebration in-charge while Dr. Felipe Embalzado was the overall chairman.

UCLM also had their share of the fair in September as the undergraduates exhibited their best in table setting and napkin folding competitions in the department’s corridors which resembled a European lane with a Mediterranean feel.
