UCLM has acquired a new Navigation Simulator.  Pegged at around P3milion, The Poseidon Borealis Simulator system is the Maritime Department’s newest facility.  The students’ “individual ships” can be engaged independently and in real time, while the instructor can operate, manipulate a large number of targets, and have full control of each running exercise all at the same time.

The NSA’s expansion in UCLM is now in progress.  The construction of the three-storey edifice is set to house a conference room, classrooms, auditorium, and various laboratories, will accommodate the projected 1,500 NSA Maritime scholars in the coming school years.  

The Olympic-sized swimming pool in UCLM is now operational. The impressive facility is situated across the NSA edifice in the expansion area of the LM campus.
